Entry & Release Form Overview

Need some help filling out the submission form? Here's some explanation of some of the fields.

Entrant(s) Information:

We'll obviously require your information so we can include it in the festival. You can submit, either as an idividual, or as a team. We need at least one address, phone number and email so we can keep in contact with you regarding your film and the progress of the festival.

All fields in this area need to be filled out.

  • Film Name: The correct and spelling of the name of your film.

  • Permissions: Please inform us if you'd be okay with the following:
    • YouTube: Uploading your film to the DCFF account would give others a chance to view it and provide a record of past festivals. You'd still be given full credit.
    • Film Festival DVD: We're considering creating a DVD of all the films included in the festival, and selling them at the festival. Funds would go to future festivals or to the SPCAC.

Film, Acting & Editing Credits:

This information is for records and for the program that will be handed out during the film festival.
